About Us
Siksha Sangha Government Sponsored Primary Teachers’ Training Institute is one of the renowned government institutes of South 24 Parganas district, which started its illustrious journey in the year of 1950. The institute is fully funded by the Government of West Bengal under the affiliation of WBBPE and recognisation of NCTE. The institute is functioning in beautiful campus, at Amtala , Bishnupur, via alipore 22km from Kolkata.
Our History
Accepts applications from prospective parents throughout the year and those interested are encouraged to contact the school by way of telephone or e-mail by using the contact form to get information. In order to gain more insight into our program, parents should attend a school tour before applying.
Our Vision
- To arrange and organize lectures, debates discussions, Seminars and Excursions for the diffusion of knowledge.
- To publish useful literatures, magazines, wall magazines etc. to express the free- mind thinking of the students without profit motive.
- To organize games, sports , yoga, Bratachari and other forms of physical education for the health benefit of the students and help them to become a leader in future.
- To organize different literary and cultural programmes through out the year.
- To promote a healthy development of character discipline, personality and team spirit among the students and to grow among students a sense of love and responsibility through various community actions and service to humanity.
- To organize creative works like making decorative , domestic and other object by hand .
- To organize gardening and Vanmahotshyava ( Planting trees ) every year to make the environment green , alive and oxygen- rich.
- To organize cleaning and washing programme to keep the institute’s environment healthy .
